Description
The Globe SP60-220 floor model planetary mixer has a powerful three horsepower motor and high-torque transmission, and can mix pizza, bread dough, and cake batters at three fixed speeds. Made with a cast iron body, the unit includes a 60-quart stainless steel mixing bowl, spiral dough hook, stainless steel wire whip and flat beater. It also has front-mounted digital controls with a 60-minute timer to assure mixing consistency, and a removable bowl guard with a built-in ingredient chute for safely adding ingredients while the mixer is in operation.
